We design a logo and a colour palette, then write and build the website around them. It carries what you do, where you work, and your phone number at the top of every screen.
A website is what someone looks at once they already have your name. It is not a source of enquiries on its own, and we do not sell it as one.

If you already use a job-management app, we set that one up properly rather than replacing it. Nobody has to learn new software to work with us.

We install UniFi wi-fi that reaches the back of the workshop, and cameras that record to a box on your wall rather than to somebody else's cloud.
Guest wi-fi sits on a separate lane from the tills and the office machines, so a customer's phone can never reach your files. You get a written diagram of the whole installation.

We cannot answer the phone for you. An automatic text back to a missed call is not included in this work: it runs on a third-party platform with its own monthly fee, paid by you. If you want it, we name the platform and its monthly cost in your written quote before you decide.

We set up technology. We do not give legal, privacy or compliance advice — if you have obligations around patient or customer records, we build to what your adviser tells us.
What we won't do
- We won't promise you a Google ranking or a number of leads. Nobody can.
- We won't lock you into a monthly contract to get a website built.
- We won't make your crew learn new software because it suits us.
- We won't hold your passwords. They are in your folder from day one.
- We're not the cheapest, and we don't try to be.

First Fix is $1,500 + GST, reduced to $750 + GST for the first ten customers. The price covers the brand pack, the design, the build and hosting for the first year.
