Tradie Spring Special
We build your brand first, then the website to put it on.
First Fix is a brand pack that gets you started — the logo set, your colours and typefaces, letterhead and invoice templates, a brand story and a voice guide — and the website to put it on, with the first year of hosting. It is our starter package for Australian trade and small businesses: everything you need to look the part, done in one go.
First Fix is $1,500 + GST, reduced to $750 + GST for the first ten customers.
That is $1,650 including GST, or $825 including GST for the first ten.
Offer closes 30 November 2026.
The Tradie Spring Special is aimed at tradies and open to any very small business.

Half is due when the style board is delivered, half when the site goes live. Hosting is included for the first year, and you are not tied to us after that.
What's included
First Fix is a brand pack that gets you started, plus the website to put it on. Everything below is in the price.
A brand pack that gets you started
- A logo set in the variants you will actually need — the primary logo, a stacked version, the icon on its own, a single-colour version, and a reversed version for dark backgrounds
- Supplied as SVG and PNG, which are the formats a signwriter, a printer and a website all ask for
- Your colours and your typefaces, with the hex codes and the font names written down so anyone can match them later
- A letterhead template and an invoice template, in Word and PDF
- A one-page brand story — what the business does and what it stands for, in words you can reuse
- A voice-and-tone guide — how the business sounds in writing, so a quote, an email and the website all sound like the same firm
The website
- A single scrolling page with a menu that jumps to each section — or up to five pages if you would rather. Same price either way.
- A sticky header with your phone number, and tap-to-call on every screen
- Around 400 to 700 words, written for you
- Your photos, used as you supply them — or no photos at all, if you haven't got any
- Hosted on Cloudflare's network
The first year of hosting
- Hosting for the first year, included in the price
- After that, hosting is $200 a year + GST. If you would rather take the site somewhere else, you can — you own it.
Changes
- A round of feedback on the logo and style board, a round on the draft site and brand guidelines, and a final check limited to points you already raised that were not actioned.
- After it goes live, minor tweaks are included.
- A larger update — more than two or three items — is $500 + GST. Major updates are quoted on request.
The handover pack
- Every login and password, in a folder that is yours
- Your domain and your hosting account, in your name, from day one
Your domain is registered in your name from the start. The logo, files and site become yours when the invoice is paid in full.
See an example brand pack →Why the price works
A price this far under an agency quote invites one fair question: what is the catch. Here is the answer in plain words.
A person owns your job from the first call to the day it goes live — they set the direction, review every deliverable and sign it off. Behind them, the AI tooling we have built does the drafting, the building and the checking. The work is the same work, to the same standard as a job that costs more; the tooling is why it takes days rather than weeks.
There is no studio to pay for, no hourly padding, and no account manager forwarding your emails to someone else.
You are paying for the work, not the office.
Where the name comes from
In the trades, first fix is the rough-in — the work done before the walls close, because everything after it depends on being right.
This is the same idea for a business: the brand and the website you put in place before anything else. It is not the whole job, and it is not meant to be. It is the part that everything after it hangs off.
How it works
Five steps. Most of it happens in writing, so you can do your part at the end of the day rather than sitting in meetings.
-
You send us what you have
Photos of your work, a mood board if you have one, and any logo or styles you already like. You also answer five short questions, which are listed below. Tell us whether you already own a domain — and if you don't, whether you have a name in mind or would like us to suggest some.
-
You get a logo and style board
The first thing we deliver is a one-page board with your logo and the styling built around it. You give feedback through our feedback tool, on the board itself. Half the price is due when the board is delivered.
-
You get the draft site and your brand guidelines
A draft of the full website, and the complete brand guidelines. You get a round of feedback on it.
-
We build the final version
We action your feedback and build the final site. There is a final check on that build, for any point you raised that was not actioned.
-
The site goes live
The site goes up, the other half of the price is due, hosting is included for the first year, and every password lands in your hands.
A logo helps but is not needed. If you haven't got one, that is what the brand pack is for.
Half the price is due when the logo and style board is delivered. The other half is due when the site goes live. Ownership of the logo, the files and the site transfers to you when the invoice is paid in full. Refund terms are in the FAQ and on our Terms page.
The five questions we'll ask
These are the whole brief. You can answer them in an email in ten minutes, and there are no wrong answers.
-
1. Who are your best customers, and what work do you want more of?
A sentence or two. If you would rather do bathroom renovations than blocked drains, say so. It changes what the site leads with.
-
2. What is your trade, and which areas do you cover?
Your trade or business, and the suburbs, region or radius you work in.
-
3. How do you want to come across? Give us three words.
For example: reliable, straightforward, premium. If there is a business whose look you admire, in any trade, send us a link.
-
4. What has to appear on the site?
Phone number, email, your services, licence number, ABN, insurance, service area, anything else. Send any logo, photos or colours you already use.
-
5. Do you already own a domain name and a business email address?
If you own a domain, tell us the name. If not, tell us whether you have a name in mind or want us to suggest some. Same for email.
Call 0478 740 290, text us, or send an enquiry, and we will send these five questions back to you.
What it costs after the first year
Hosting
Hosting is included for the first year. After that it is $200 a year + GST. If you would rather host it somewhere else, you can take it with you — you own it.
Changes after it goes live
Minor tweaks are included. A larger update — more than two or three items — is $500 + GST. Anything major is quoted on request, as a fixed price, before we do it.
Email, if you want it
We can set you up with Microsoft 365 on your own domain, with Office on the web and on your desktop. It is an add-on rather than part of First Fix, and it starts at $25 a month + GST, depending on the plan you need.
Your domain
Your domain is registered in your name from the start. The logo, files and site become yours when the invoice is paid in full.
Recent work
The first three are the same shape as a First Fix: one page, everything on it, tap-to-call at the top. The fourth is a bigger custom build, and it is here so you can see where the work goes after that.

Everything below is genuinely not in the price. We would rather you knew now than found out later.
- More than five pages. First Fix is one scrolling page, or up to five pages if you prefer. A bigger site is a different job and a different price.
- Self-editing. There is no login and no content management system — send us the change and we will make it.
- A contact form. Your phone number and email address are on the page instead.
- Search engine optimisation, ad management and marketing. First Fix builds the site. It is not a campaign to bring you work, and we don't sell it as one.
Also not included: a map embed, testimonials, social feeds, a blog, an online shop, bookings, logins, payments, or integrations with other systems.
If you need any of these, call and describe it. We will quote it as a separate fixed price, or tell you who is better placed than us.
Questions people ask before they book
Is that the whole price?
For what's listed above, yes. First Fix is $1,500 + GST, reduced to $750 + GST for the first ten customers — that is $1,650 including GST, or $825 including GST for the first ten. Hosting after the first year is $200 a year + GST for the site itself; business email is a separate optional add-on. Your written quote spells out the domain before you pay anything.
When do I pay, and when do I own it?
Half the price is due when we deliver the logo and style board. The other half is due when the site goes live. Ownership of the logo, the files and the site transfers to you when the invoice is paid in full, and your domain is registered in your name from the start.
What if I'm not happy with the website?
If you are not satisfied with the website, we refund the website half of the price and you keep the brand pack and the right to use it. Any work that is refunded remains our property and cannot be used.
Can I have separate pages instead of one scrolling page?
Yes. First Fix is one scrolling page with a menu that jumps to each section, or up to five separate pages if you would rather. It is the same price and the same amount of writing either way — tell us which you want at the start.
What happens after the first year?
Hosting is $200 a year + GST. If you would rather move the site to another host, you can — you own it, and we will hand over everything needed to move it.
What counts as a minor tweak, and what costs extra?
Minor tweaks after the site is live are included — a changed phone number, a new service line, a swapped photo. A larger update, meaning more than two or three items at once, is $500 + GST. Anything major is quoted as a fixed price before we start it.
Do we need to meet?
Only if you want to. Most of the job runs in writing: you send us photos and answer five short questions, and you give feedback on each deliverable through our feedback tool, at whatever hour suits you. That is so you are not losing time off the tools sitting in meetings. The phone still works, and a call is how most jobs start.
Do I need a domain already?
No. If you own one, tell us the name. If you don't, tell us whether you have a name in mind or would like us to suggest some. Either way it is registered in your name, not ours.
Can I get email with it?
Yes, as an add-on rather than part of First Fix. We can set up Microsoft 365 on your own domain, with Office on the web and on your desktop, from $25 a month + GST depending on the plan you need.
Why is it $1,500 + GST for some customers and $750 + GST for the first ten?
First Fix is $1,500 + GST, reduced to $750 + GST for the first ten customers. After those ten it is $1,500 + GST for the rest of spring, and the special closes on 30 November 2026. It is the same job at either price — the work does not get smaller because you booked early.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
No. There is no login and no content management system, and that is part of how the price works. Send us the change and we will do it — minor tweaks are included, and larger updates are priced above.
What if I haven't got any photos?
Then we build it without them, on type, colour and structure alone.
What if I need a contact form?
First Fix does not include one, because a tradie's customer usually rings rather than filling in a form and waiting. If you genuinely need one, we will quote it separately.
Do you write the words, or do I?
We write them. You tell us what you do, where you work and what you won't do, and we turn that into the page for you to check.
Who owns the domain?
You do, from the start. It is registered in your name, not ours. We never hold a client's accounts.
Call and find out whether it fits
Ten minutes on the phone. We will tell you whether First Fix is the right thing or whether you need something else. If it is after hours, text us or send it in writing.
